Farm to Fork: Cultivating Conversations - Aug 3

The Henry County Farm Bureau Education Committee is hosting “Farm to Fork: Cultivating Conversations” on Saturday, August 3, 2019.  Join us for a beautiful morning at the Weber Beef farm, located north of Geneseo.  Local farmers and industry experts are looking to cultivate conversations about how your food is grown while enjoying a brunch featuring Illinois products, prepared by a local chef. 

If you're looking for a lovely time of dining on mouthwatering, locally sourced cuisine, while engaging in conversations addressing the tough issues surrounding food production and farming, look no further.  “Farm to Fork: Cultivating Conversations” is an event connecting consumers with the farmers and industry experts to tackle the tough issues while featuring a gourmet meal prepared by Chef JR Greenwood, Owner of Maple Street Grille, Orion, IL.
